You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and participate in any wagering activity on the Sastra4D platform. This minimum age applies regardless of the age of majority in your country of residence. Sastra4D strictly enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be forfeited.
You must access and use the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether the use of the Sastra4D platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you access the platform. Sastra4D does not provide legal advice, and registration on the platform does not constitute confirmation that such use is lawful in your location.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into and be bound by these Terms. You must not be subject to any court order, mental incapacity determination, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into binding contractual agreements.
Each person may hold only one registered Account on Sastra4D. Multiple accounts per individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Sastra4D reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
Registering on behalf of another person, using false identity documents, or providing materially inaccurate information during registration constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence. Sastra4D will cooperate fully with any regulatory or law enforcement investigation arising from such conduct.
To create an Account, you must provide a valid email address, a secure password, and accurate personal details including your full name and date of birth. By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.
Sastra4D is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit a clear copy of a government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other acceptable national identity document) and may be required to provide supporting documentation such as a bank statement or utility bill as proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in a withdrawal request being declined or your Account being placed on hold.
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. You must notify Sastra4D immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. Sastra4D reserves the right to apply an administrative dormancy fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with the fee schedule posted on the platform from time to time, provided that such fees shall not reduce any Account balance below zero.

All deposits must be funded from a payment method that belongs to and is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Sastra4D does not accept deposits made via credit facilities (credit cards). You may not deposit funds that are the proceeds of unlawful activity.
Minimum deposit amounts are as listed in the table above and are subject to change. Maximum single deposit amounts and daily deposit limits may be set by Sastra4D from time to time, and players may also set voluntary deposit limits through the Responsible Gambling tools section of their Account.
To be eligible to withdraw funds, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have met all applicable wagering requirements on any Bonus Funds; (c) not exceed any applicable withdrawal limits; and (d) have an Account in good standing with no pending security reviews or fraud investigations.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically practicable. Where this is not possible, Sastra4D may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to an alternative method.
Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are tier-dependent and are communicated to players upon Account verification. VIP players may be subject to enhanced withdrawal limits as part of their tier benefits.
Sastra4D does not charge a withdrawal fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge their own transaction fees, over which Sastra4D has no control. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may incur network gas fees at the prevailing rate.
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers made available on the Sastra4D platform are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms attached to each individual offer. In the event of any conflict, the specific terms of the individual promotion shall prevail.
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's terms. For example, a 35x wagering requirement on a RM 100 bonus means the player must place total bets of at least RM 3,500 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
Bonus Funds that are not utilised, or whose Wagering Requirements are not met, within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's Account without notice or compensation.
Sastra4D actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; exploiting low-edge game play to meet wagering requirements; colluding with other players to generate fictitious wagering volume; and using automated software or bots to play. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have their Account suspended and any pending withdrawals frozen pending investigation.
Sastra4D reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion or bonus at any time and without prior notice, provided that this shall not adversely affect bonus funds already credited to a Player's Account and being actively used in good faith.
All casino games and virtual outcomes on the Sastra4D platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. These systems are periodically audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to confirm that they produce genuinely random, unmanipulated results. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games are made available within each game's information panel.
Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained human dealers in a controlled studio environment. These games are streamed in real time and are subject to the rules and procedures of the game provider.
Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events — are offered at odds determined by Sastra4D's trading team or its third-party odds provider. All bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing sports body. Sastra4D reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a palpable error in the odds is identified.
In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the Platform will attempt to complete the game round automatically in accordance with the current game state at the time of disconnection. Where a game cannot be automatically completed, the relevant wager will be refunded to the Player's Account. Sastra4D accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity failures on the Player's side.

Sastra4D endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical defects. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sastra4D's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sastra4D expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, that outcomes are uncertain, and that you may lose all funds deposited. Sastra4D is not responsible for any financial loss you incur as a result of gambling activity on the platform.
Sastra4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the Account is being used for unlawful purposes; (b) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (c) it is required to do so by law, regulation, or the order of a competent authority; or (d) it has identified a security risk associated with the Account.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting Sastra4D's support team via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account (net of any applicable bonus forfeiture and provided all withdrawal conditions are met) will be refunded to your registered payment method. Accounts subject to an active self-exclusion period may not be closed and immediately reopened; the exclusion period will remain in effect.
Upon termination or closure of your Account, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Sections 9, 11, 12, and 14) shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Sastra4D holds its international gaming licence. Sastra4D does not operate under the oversight of any Malaysian domestic regulator, and these Terms do not create any rights under Malaysian domestic gaming law.
Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact Sastra4D's support team in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most concerns are resolved through our live chat support within 24–48 hours.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Malaysian users are solely responsible for determining whether participation in online gambling is lawful in Malaysia under applicable Malaysian law. Sastra4D does not provide legal advice. Sastra4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, Sastra4D will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform, where practicable. The revised Terms will be effective from the date indicated in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure as set out in Section 13.2.
